Đ 1 DiviCoin = 1 US Dollar – Same rate when you buy and when you withdraw.
dividandy turns trading into a sport. You join time-boxed tournaments, trade a virtual portfolio against real live market prices, climb the leaderboard, and win money. It’s a skill-based game – not gambling and not real-money trading. No real securities are ever bought or sold.
No. All trading happens with a virtual in-game USD balance inside a tournament. Market data shown in the game may be delayed or filtered and should never be used for real investment decisions.
On the dividandy mobile app and the web app (installable as a PWA). The game is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese – more languages coming soon.
You must be 18 or older. dividandy is not available in certain restricted territories – see the Terms of Service for the current list.
Yes – guest mode lets you explore the lobby and try the game. To enter paid tournaments, buy DiviCoins, or withdraw winnings, you’ll need to create an account.
DiviCoins are dividandy’s virtual currency, used to enter tournaments. 1 DiviCoin is worth 1 US Dollar – both when you buy DiviCoins and when you withdraw them. They are not legal tender, e-money, or a security, and have no value outside the platform.
Three ways: buy a DiviCoin pack in the store, win them in tournaments, or receive them as bonuses (welcome bonus, promotions, referrals).
No – your wallet holds two types:
- Real – DiviCoins you bought or won. Withdrawable.
- Bonus – free grants. Yours to play with.
That’s your tournament play balance – virtual game money every player receives equally at the start. It is not DiviCoins, it can’t be withdrawn, and it disappears when the tournament ends. Only the DiviCoins you win are real to your wallet.
XP is your progression score. You earn it by playing and performing well in tournaments; it raises your Skill Level and ranks you in the Fox Zone leaderboards. XP can’t be spent or withdrawn.
Yes. Real DiviCoins can be withdrawn as real money at a rate of 1 DiviCoin = 1 US Dollar, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and eligibility checks.
Yes. Tournament winnings are paid in DiviCoins, and every DiviCoin is worth 1 US Dollar on withdrawal.
- Open your wallet and request a withdrawal.
- Choose a payout method – the main options are bank transfer, card, and crypto; more methods are shown on the withdrawal page.
- Verify your identity and payment details – this is required before funds are released.
- You’ll be notified when the payout is completed.
Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. You can track the status (pending → processing → completed) in your wallet, and you can cancel a request any time before processing starts.
The minimum withdrawal is Đ100 ($100). There is no maximum – you can withdraw your full balance.
Yes – identity verification (KYC) is required before funds are released. Completing it early makes withdrawals faster.
Register and pay the entry fee in DiviCoins (some tournaments are free). When the tournament starts, every player gets the same virtual USD balance. Trade to grow it. When time runs out, all open positions are closed at live market prices, players are ranked by final balance, and the money pool is paid out in DiviCoins.
- Regular – starts at a scheduled time. Durations vary from about an hour to a full day or more.
- Sit & Go – starts the moment all seats are filled. If the seats don’t fill in time, the tournament is cancelled and everyone is refunded.
- 1X1 – head-to-head duels, coming soon.
Tournaments also vary by duration, markets traded, number of participants, entry fee, and money pool – there’s always one that fits your style.
By final balance – your cash after all positions are closed at market when time runs out. Ties are broken by realized profit and loss. The leaderboard updates in near real time throughout the tournament.
The money pool is built from the entry fees, minus the platform fee. Roughly the top 20% of the players finish in the money, with winnings weighted toward the top ranks. All tournaments carry a guaranteed money pool – if entries fall short, dividandy tops up the difference. Displayed winnings can change until registration closes as more players join
The Cash Line marks the paying ranks – finish above it and you win a share of the money pool. You’ll get notified when you cross into (or drop out of) the money.
Yes – tournaments require a minimum number of trading actions to be eligible to win money. You can’t just sit on your starting balance.
All entry fees are refunded automatically, and any open orders and positions are voided.
DiviCoin packs, priced at 1 US Dollar per DiviCoin. Packs may include bonus DiviCoins and XP. Tournament entries are not bought directly – they’re paid from your DiviCoin wallet.
Card payments on the web (via our payment gateway), plus Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play billing on mobile. Store prices are in USD. On the deposit page you might see prices in your local currency, shown together with the conversion rate.
Entry fees and purchases are generally non-refundable. Exceptions: if a tournament is cancelled before it starts (or doesn’t reach its minimum player count), all entry fees are refunded automatically – and leaving a tournament before it starts also refunds your entry fee. Billing errors should be reported within 30 days.
Stocks, crypto, forex, indices, and commodities. You can also trade Bundles: ready-made baskets of assets bought in one tap.
Yes – prices stream in real time from live market data feeds. Note that the displayed bid/ask spread is generated by the game: buys fill at the ask, sells at the bid.
Market and limit orders, with editable Stop Loss and Take Profit on positions. You can modify or cancel open limit orders, partially close positions with a slider, close everything at once, or “flip” a position from long to short (and vice versa).
Yes, you can open short positions.
Not yet – all positions are currently traded at 1×. Leverage may be introduced in the future.
You can’t open or close positions in assets whose market is closed – the app shows a “Closed” badge. The tournament clock keeps running, and other open markets (like crypto) remain tradable. Pending limit orders won’t fill until the market reopens. Exchange holidays are respected per market.
Your available in-game cash is your limit – cash committed to open limit orders is reserved and can’t be double-spent.
There are six tiers: Rookie, Talent, Pro, Advanced, Master, and Fox. Your level is determined by total XP and updates after each tournament. Some tournaments cap the maximum level allowed to enter.
By playing paid tournaments – you earn XP for participating, for your final rank, and live bonuses for performing well (holding top ranks, big climbs, time spent in the money).
Cross-tournament leaderboards with jackpot money pools – daily, weekly, and monthly. A small cut of every tournament entry fee grows each pool. You’re ranked by total XP earned across tournaments in that window; top players split the jackpot. A minimum entry-fee spend in the window is required to be eligible to win.
With your email – you’ll verify with a one-time code, set a 4-digit passcode, and complete a short profile. Social login (Google/Apple) is also supported.
On trusted devices, just your passcode – or biometrics (fingerprint / face recognition) where your device supports them. On new devices, a one-time email code – and we’ll alert you whenever your account is accessed from a new device or location, with a one-tap “Secure my account” option.
Yes, directly from the app. Deletion takes effect after 24 hours, is permanent, and removes your balance and history – withdraw any eligible funds first.
Through in-app support – open a conversation, attach screenshots, and track replies right in the app. You can also email us at support@dividandy.com.
Tap “Forgot passcode” on the login screen – you’ll verify with a one-time code sent to your email and set a new passcode.
Check your spam/junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address. You can request a new code from the login screen – codes expire after a short time, so use the most recent one.
That’s normal – new devices require a one-time email code the first time. Once verified, the device is trusted and your passcode or biometrics will work.
Tap “Secure my account” in the alert – it signs your account out of all devices immediately. Then log back in, set a new passcode, and contact us at support@dividandy.com if anything looks wrong.
